(We recommend you choose a weight vest 4-10% of your body weight and increase the weight from there.)
  2. EXTRA DURABLE MATERIAL: Crafted for comfort with wear-resistant 1050 Nylon Cordura fabric and a foam and rubber-filled interior with extra padding at shoulder and chest area to relieve pressure.
  3. SIXTEEN 2.5 LB WEIGHTS: Evenly distributed velcro pockets on the front and back make it easy to add and remove ingots to gradually increase resistance. Comes with (8) 2.5 LB solid cast iron weights with round corners to prevent wear and tear on pockets.
  4. ERGONOMIC DESIGN: This lightweight, agile design has a u-shaped neckline and spacious shoulder cutouts for greater mobility, while the adjustable velcro strap ensures a customized fit and minimal movement while working out.
