All ShopEase products are delivered in their original manufacturer packaging. While we take great care in handling, manufacturing defects or shipping-related issues may occasionally occur.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery. Refunds are processed in your bank account for the purchase amount, excluding shipping fees at checkout or applied for special handling.
Opened or used items cannot be returned. This policy applies to but is not limited to undergarments, software, items with removed serial numbers, grocery items, food products, supplements, personal care products, items with broken security/quality seals, etc.
To initiate a return, contact ShopEase Support via Call Support or email within 15 calendar days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photos and/or videos to verify the item's issue or condition. This documentation is necessary to process your claim or refund request. We may not be able to proceed without clear visual evidence.
When a return is necessary, ShopEase will coordinate the return shipping. Once arranged, you can work directly with the courier to schedule a convenient pickup time. Please ensure the return item is ready for courier collection within the 15-day return window.
Items must be returned in original packaging, in unused and new condition, including all accessories, parts, and manuals that came with the product.
After we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 working days in payment method you used when ordering.
